Optional AI composition allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month. Creating and arranging ordinary boards does not use this allowance.

Studio shares one library across up to 5 designers. Invite or remove teammates any time from your studio settings; seats are billed by plan, not per head.

Free gives you one library, unlimited boards and four ways to present them. Keep a poster, a room, a type specimen and a web reference together, with a different note for each board.

Solo is £12 a month or £120 a year. It adds PDF export, your studio branding and a larger allowance for optional AI compositions. Studio is £29 a month or £290 a year, with up to five seats and a shared library.

Standard sharing is included on Free. Library notes stay private; board notes and prices are hidden from presentations until you choose to include them.

Questions, answered.

Is Free a trial?
No. Free has no trial expiry. Save references, build boards, use all four presentation layouts and share standard Vade-branded links without a paid subscription.
Are ordinary boards limited each month?
No. The monthly allowance applies only to optional AI-generated compositions: 3 on Free, 50 on Solo, and unlimited under fair use on Studio. Creating boards, arranging saves and using Gallery, Editorial, Collage or Schedule does not consume that allowance.
What happens at the AI composition limit?
Your saves and boards remain available. Further AI composition requests wait until the next UTC calendar month or an upgrade. You can keep arranging and presenting your boards.
What does the paid trial include?
Solo and Studio checkout offer a seven-day trial. Review the price, billing date and payment details shown at checkout before confirming.
Which PDF formats are available?
Solo and Studio include PDF export. Gallery and Collage use A3 pages; Editorial and Schedule use A4. Original images remain whole unless you explicitly choose a crop or another image treatment.
How do Studio seats work?
Studio includes up to five people, including you, in one shared workspace for £29 per month or £290 per year. Free and Solo each have one seat.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Open Settings then Billing. The billing portal shows available changes and their effective dates before confirmation. Paid access follows the subscription status; saves and ordinary boards remain available on Free.
How is tax handled?
Prices are shown in GBP. Review applicable tax and the final total at checkout.
